摘要
加入WTO对国有企业用人机制提出了更高的要求 ,要提升国企人才竞争力 ,必须创造开放和谐的成长环境 ,提供人尽其用的发展机会、完善公平有效的薪酬激励机制 ,盘活。
The Acceding to 'WTO' sets higher demand on the employment of talents of state enterprises. So if we are to raise the competition capability of talents of state enterprises, we have to create open and harmonious environment, to provide the greatest developing opportunity and to improve fair and effective paying-encouraging system and make good use of existing talents.
