Some Ideas and Suggestions about the Development of Middle and Small-Sized Enterprises of Tech-Type

我国已加入WTO ,企业面临着经济结构调整中出现的劳动力富裕问题。为此 ,应加快科技型中小企业的发展 ,采用企业孵化器、加大技术创新战略、争取得到政府的支持和服务 。

After our joining WTO, our enterprisers will face with the problem of surplus labor force in the adjustment of economic structure. In order to solve the problem, we should speed up the development of middle and small-sized enterprisers of tech-type. Specifically, we can use enterprise incubator, enlarge technical innovation and strive for the support of the government as to raise the economic operation quality.
