整体烧结金属纤维筛管Ⅲ型防砂技术研究及其在超稠油油藏开采中的应用

Sand control by integral cemented metal fiber screen pipe-III in extra-heavy oil reservoir

针对超稠油区块油藏特性 ,通过一系列防砂技术先导实验 ,开发研制了整体烧结金属纤维筛管 -Ⅲ型防砂技术。该筛管防砂效果明显 ,且不影响渗流能力 ,可提高超稠油油田开发效果。

In accordance with the characteristics of extra heavy oil reservoir, sand control by integral cemented metal fiber screen pipe III has been developed through a series of pilot tests. This screen pipe is quite efficient in sand control and does not affect percolation ability, so as to improve the development efficiency of extra heavy oilfield.
