张家场气田泡沫排水采气与气井防腐配伍性研究及应用 被引量:7

摘要 张家场气田已进入开采后期 ,多数井依靠泡沫排水维持生产 ,而所产天然气中的H2 S、CO2 在地层水条件下对气井设备造成严重腐蚀 ,现有缓蚀剂与泡排剂缺乏配伍性 ,影响化排生产。通过对张家场气田腐蚀因素的分析 ,室内对缓蚀剂、泡排剂进行研究筛选 ,提出了用亲水性缓蚀剂与之配伍的方案。经现场试验 ,达到了既能排水采气又能保护气井设备的目的 ,解决了生产中的一大难题 ,值得推广应用。 Zhangjiachang gas field has come into dieaway time,most of wells keep production through drainage gas recovery by foam,in this way,H 2S and CO 2 produced from natural gas corrode equipment of gas wells seriously under the condition of formation water.For the corrosion inhibitor and foam scrubbing agent lack compatibility,some negative factors effects production.This paper studies the factors of corrosion in Zhangjiachang gas field,selects the corrosion inhibitor and foam scrubbing agent in home,and shows the plan of compatibility of the hydrophilic corrosion inhibitor.After practice in well site,the plan has advantages which not only is capable of drainage gas recovery,but also protect equipment of gas wells and solve a difficult problem in production.It is worth popularizing and applying.
