Swabbing packing element is widely used in petroleum industry.It belongs to consumable accessory during production.At present,working life of the swabbing packing element made in China is lower,and directly affect work efficiency.A new swabbing packing element is developed.Its working life achieves the level of akin imported product.The paper analyses the working principle and structure of new packing element.And the key structures are optimized.Using the new packing element can improve work efficiency and reduce production cost.
