摘要
社会对教师角色的期待与要求随着时代发展、社会变迁而变化。随着当代哲学主题的巨大转向、现代教育观念的根本转换以及教育技术手段的突飞猛进 ,当今时代呼唤教师成为“精神世界的理解者”、“生命灵魂的唤醒者”、“生活世界的沟通者”、“知识建构的示范者”、“学生学习的促助者”、“教学策略的反思者”、“教育问题的研究者”和“持续发展的终身学习者”。
The essential expectancy and central requirements towards teachers from society change with the development of society. With the great swerve of contemporary philosophy theme, the fundamental change of modern educational ideas and the rapid advance of educational technology, today′s teacher should understand the mind world, awake the human spirit, communicate with the life world, direct the knowledge construction, promote students′ learning, reflect the teaching strategies, make researches on the educational problemes and become the lifelong learners with sustainable development.
