Science and Technology Education Must Be in Combination with Humane Education to Foster High-quality Personnel

结合 2 1世纪“知识经济”的特点及我国国情 ,分析指出我国必须重视科技教育 ,培养大批科技人才。并且通过论述人文素质对科技人才的重要性 。

Based on the characteristics of knowledge economy in 21th century and China′s situation, this paper points out that science and technology education must be paid attention to. By means of discussing the importance of humane quality to science and technology personnel, this paper illustrates that science and technology education must be in combination with humane education in order to foster high quality personnel.
