关于经济创业及其主体的研究

On the Research of Enterprise Initiation and Its Initiator

广义的创业教育我们并不陌生 ,但是经济学意义上的创业特别是对作为独立主体的自然人和法人的自主创业的教育和研究我们做得较少。对经济创业的概念与特性、本质内涵、经济创业与社会就业的关系 ,创业者的创业动机、背景、素质 ,以及知识型创业主体的特征、该主体与非知识型创业者的区别、与企业家和发明家的关系等问题进行理性思考 ,从而为我国蓬勃兴起的经济创业大潮推波助澜。

While we are not unfamiliar with the education of how to initiate an enterprise in a broad sense,we have conducted very little education or research on enterprise initiation in its economic sense,and much less on the natural person and legal person who act as the independent initiator and launch their business.In order to propel the vigorous upsurge of enterprises in China,rational reflection is carried out on the concept,characteristics,essential nature of enterprise initiation,and its relationship with social employment;the motive,background,personal quality of the initiator;the basic nature of the intellectual initiators,and their distinction from non-intellectual ones,and also on such issues as the relationship between entrepreneurs and inventors.
