我国私营企业主的管理劳动 ,仍然具有二重性 ,一方面是为驱使和剥削劳动者而进行的监督劳动 ;另一方面是对共同劳动进行的管理 ,是一种生产劳动。然而 ,在我国新的历史条件下 ,私营企业主的管理劳动是在遵循国家法律法规的情况下 ,在尊重劳动者权益的基础上进行的 ,他们的管理劳动为发展社会主义社会的生产力作出了贡献 ,他们也是有中国特色社会主义事业的建设者。

The management of private entrepreneur in our country has got dual natures.On one hand,it is to supervise work to prompt and exploite labourers. On the other hand,it is to manage common labour,which is a sort of productive labour.However,under the new historical conditions in our country,most of them run their companies according to the state law and regulations and with respect for the workers' rights.The management work makes great contributions to the development of our socialist productive force.Therefore,they are also the members who devote themselves into the socialist cause of Chinese speciality.
