On Socialism's Choice of Rule of Law

我国社会主义法治国家目标的确立历经艰难的选择。本文从法治的角度对我国社会主义建设实践的成败得失进行了探讨 ,指出 :只有实行法治 ,社会主义才能得以生存和发展。

Behind the target of socialist law-governing state, there lies historical desperate decision. The thesis probes into the success and failure of our socialist building practice from the legal point of view, and then points out that only instituting rule of law can socialism survive and develop. A socialist society essentially should be a legal one.
