纵观西方经济发展史 ,若有肥沃的人文伦理资源土壤 ,则经济发展迅速 ,社会稳定 ;反之 ,则经济发展动力不足 ,社会道德江河日下 ,社会问题层出不穷。因此 ,把握人文伦理资源的内涵、特征及其人文伦理资源管理的途径和内容 。

In the course of the history of the western economy's development,given there were fertile Human-Culture-Ethic Resources(HECR),the economy would develop quickly and the society would keep stable.On the contrary,as a result of the shortage of HCER,the power of economy development would be scarce,the social ethics would become gradually inferior and the social problems be innumerable.Therefore ,mastering the content and the characters of the HCER and properly applying the HCER Management will make significant contributions to the construction of the socialism marketing economy and to the resolution of the problem that China's present economy is poor of the developing energetic.
