摘要
材料的硬化曲线在 lnσ—lnε图里的图形是不尽相同的,有的是上跷曲线,有的是下绕曲线,有的则兼有上跷下绕形状,对描述硬化曲线的现有经验公式的分析表明,它们的适用范围还有限;为此,本文对兼有上跷下绕形状的材料提出了一个数模,以提高其硬化曲线的描述正确度。对一些低碳钢板的应用表明,结果良好。
It is shown that the existing models describing the hardening be-haviour of a metal sheet can't fully meet the requirement of those materialsand the hardening curves expressed in the figure of lno—lnε are waved(forexample,08Al Steel and 10 Steel).A medel is developed by this paper forthose materials.It isσ=Bε (N/1+C_1ε+C_2ε~2)here B,N,C_1,C_2 are several constants to be determined for specifical material.From the practice of fitting for 10,and 08Al Steel,it is shcwn that thefitted accuracy using this model is greater than using other existing modes.
