摘要
运用生态毒理学和生物化学的方法研究了紫外线对三角褐指藻 DNA的伤害作用。结果表明 ,低剂量的 UV-B辐射对三角褐指藻的生长有促进作用 ,而高剂量的 UV-B辐射则有抑制作用。随着 UV-B辐射剂量的增加 ,三角褐指藻 DNA损伤程度加剧。而 UV-B辐射处理解除后 ,DNA的损伤可明显恢复。说明 DNA的损伤可在一定程度上指示海洋微藻受
The damage of UV B radiation to DNA of Phaeodactylum tricornutum was studied by using ecotoxicological and biochemical methods. The results showed that lower dosage of UV B radiation could stimulate the growth of P.tricornutu ,while higher dosage of UV B radiation could inhibit its growth. The DNA damage of algal cells increased with the increased dosage of UV B radiation. The DNA damage was recovered obviously after UV B radiation was removed. All these showed that the DNA damage could indicate the damage degree of marine microalgae resulted from UV B radiation.
