摘要
利用 L CT- 2型热天平实验研究了六种贝壳和四种石灰石的固硫特性 ,并利用电子显微镜与 XMA探测仪测定了其微观结构特性。结果表明 ,贝壳的化学成分与石灰石非常相似 ,微观结构比石灰石理想 ,在固硫反应过程中 ,贝壳具有类似于石灰石的特性 。
The desulfurization characteristics of shells and limestone have been studied by means of a LCT-2 thermobalance.The microstructure of them was detected with an electron microscope and a XMA detector.Their chemical compositions are approximately the same.The internal pore of shell is lager than 1 μm when they have been calcined,but that of limestone is smaller than 0.03 μm.So the sulfur capture ability of the shell is higher than that of limestone,and the calcium utilization of shell is higher than 55% when the reaction temperature is between 850 ℃ and 1 050 ℃,while that of limestone is about 23%.
