摘要
以承担较多无功电力任务的水电厂为对象 ,探讨了无功电价的成因。根据水轮机运行的技术经济特征和无功功率的一般技术替代方法 ,建立了三种水电厂无功电价测算模型 ,并对华中电网某大型水电厂的无功电价进行了测算 ,为我国制定科学合理的无功电价提供决策依据和建议。
With reference to hydropower plant which undertakes more reactive power task,the contribution factors of the reactive power price are investigated. According to technical economic features of water turbine and general technical alternative method of reactive power, three kinds of calculating model for reactive power price of hydropower plant are established.Using these models, reactive power price of a larger hydropower plant in the central China is calculated to provide the decision basis and suggestion for making scientific and rational reactive power price.
