摘要
为了合理评价抽水蓄能电站的经济合理性和财务可行性 ,提出了基于电源优化扩展规划的抽水蓄能电站经济评价方法 ,以河南省宝泉抽水蓄能电站为例 ,进行了河南电网 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 1 5年的电源优化扩展规划计算 ,在此基础上对该电站进行了经济评价。
In order to evaluate pumped storage power station economic rationality and finance feasibility,a method about pumped storage station economic evaluation based on electricity optimization expansion planning was put forward. As an example of Baoquan pumped storage power station in Henan province,electricity optimization expansion planning of Henan power system from 2000's to 2015's was studied,and economic evaluation of Baoquan pumped storage power station was carried out.
