摘要 指出提高产品装配顺序规划效率的关键是有效地减少规划时所考虑的零件数量·提出了将零件的工程语义信息引入到产品的装配顺序规划中 ,同时通过对装配体的干涉矩阵和连接矩阵的分析 ,对可能的子装配体进行识别 ,从而大大减少所规划的零件数量 ,弥补了一般算法的不足 ,且在装配顺序生成的同时对其进行优化和评价 。 The key factor to improve the efficiency of assembly sequence planning is to reduce the number of components involved in the search or generation of assembly sequences. A methodology was presented to simplify the assembly sequence generation. The methoddogy automatically extracts subassemblies from a product through analyzing the interference matrices and connection matrices of an assembly. By considering the engineering semantics of components, the number of components involved in the search of assembly sequences can be reduced greatly. At the same time, the assembly sequences can be optimized and evaluated,and the result can be returned to the CAD system. The useful suggestions can be given to the designers of the product.
