摘要
烟叶和烟丝的热物性是卷烟生产的重要基础数据 ,本论文介绍一种可同时测定烟叶和烟丝的导热系数λ、热扩散率α和比热容cp 的平面热源过渡态平板法的测试原理、测试装置及用该方法测试的部分烟叶热物性数据 ,并初步对测试结果进行了定性讨论 .
In this paper, a new transient-state-plate method with flat heater is introduced and its physical model is established. By the steady and unsteady measurement results obtained from using this method, tobacco thermophysical properties of λ, α and c p can be obtained at the same time. An experiment system based on the method is developed. The thermophysical properties of two kinds of Hubei burley tobacco are measured. The results will be helpful for tobacco production.
