摘要
立足泛系生克行为观 ,阐述了企业中劳资双方相生相克的辩证关系 ,对企业劳资关系的结构类型、功能利弊作了比较深入的剖析 ,并创造性地提出优化劳资关系、振兴企业的有效对策。
Based on the Sheng ke behavior view of Pansystems,the dialectical labour capital connection in enterprise was elaborated,and its structure and function were analysed deeply.Finally,the methods to improve the labour capital connection and to thrive the enterprise were put forward.
