The 4/3/2 technique is an activity devised for improving oral fluency.This paper introduces the 4/3/2 technique in terms of the following aspects:(1)the arrangement of the 4/3/2 technique;(2)the effects of the 4/3/2 technique on improving learners oral fluency;(3)the evaluation of the 4/3/2 technique and the factors contributing to oral fluency improvement in the activity;(4)the application of the 4/3/2 technique and some suggestions.
