中小企业的大量存在和发展是社会经济发展的内在要求。通过论述我国中小企业在社会主义市场经济发展中的地位和作用 ,探索了它在目前存在的问题 。

It is an inherent demand of the economic development that there were a large number of medium and small sized businesses. This paper expounds the position medium and small sized businesses holds and functions they play in the development of socialist market economy. Then in light of the current problems, it proposes ways to facilitating their institutional reform and development.
