The Influence of Public-ownership Economy on the Flow of Labour Forces in Our Country

非公有制经济对劳动力分流有不可替代的积极作用 ,但也存在着不可忽视的消极影响。在社会主义建设中 ,坚持以公有制为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展的基本经济制度的前提下 ,充分发挥其积极作用 ,消除负面影响 ,对建立社会主义市场经济有重要意义。

The economy of non-public ownership has absolutely positive function for the flow of labour forces but some negative impact exists too.During the socialist construction,we should fully develp its active function and eliminate its negative function which is significant for establishing market economy of socialism under the condition of insisting on the main-body of public ownership with multi-ownership and developing together.
