为重视耕地资源开发中的生态效益和社会效益 ,必须合理地对耕地资源减损引发的生态效益和社会效益方面的损失加强管理。本文借鉴环境成本会计和资源损失计量和评价方法 ,对山西省耕地资源破坏的经济损失进行计量、评价、反映和监督 。

In order to pay attention to ecological interests and social effects from developing cropland resourses we must reasonably strengthen management of ecological and social interests loss caused by reduction of cropland resourses.Making use of cost accounting of environment,calculation of resourse loss and assessing methods this paper plans to calculate,assess,reflect and supervise economic loss of cropland resourses destruction,which is very significant to guarantce sustained development of cropland iesourse in Shanxi.
