The oxygen radicals O_2/OOH were observed in photochemical reaction of Chlorophyll ain the presence of oxygen. The ESR spectra of DMPO-OOH adduct were recorded directly byusing spin trap technique. The O_2/OOH radicals were formed from oxygen dissolved inhe solutions studied, independent of the aggregation state of Chlorophyll a.
