In modern time,Japanese government adopted all means to grab privileges in China's Northeast('Manchuria' and Inner Mongolia) ,and gradually got the 'special interests'.And the people have to be impressed by the wits of Japanese government which learned and used the evilest of European diplomacy in its relations with the other states in modern time while absorbing the relatively better of western civilization for systems.
