摘要
民商法和经济法是市场经济的两大基本法 ,二者既相区别 ,又相联系。笔者认为 ,适应市场经济的发展要求 ,二者在调整范围、调整方法等方面都有着广阔的合作前景 ,促进二者的合作 。
Civil and commercial law and economic law are two basic laws of market economy, and they are not only different from each other but also related with each other. The author points out that to meet the requirements of market economic development, they have a bright cooperative future in adjustment range and adjustment methods and stimulating their cooperation will promote our socialist legal construction.
