摘要
财务管理理论与实践的发展过程 ,实质上就是财务管理不断适应环境发展的过程。 2 1世纪被称为知识经济的世纪已经得到了共识。面对新的环境的挑战 ,财务管理的理论与实践也应该不断创新。本文从以人为本的理财观念出发 ,从财务管理目标、人力资本、知识资本的管理等方面 ,探讨了有关财务管理理论与实务的创新问题。
