延边在参与西部大开发战略中要解决的问题是 :一、转变思想观念 ;二、解决项目选择及立项的科学化 ;三、加强招商引资软环境的建设力度 ;四、加强绿色经济的发展 ;五。
The problems that Yanbian should deal with while taking part in the development of Western China are:(Ⅰ)transforming old conceptions to the new, (Ⅱ)setting up projects selectively and scientifically, (Ⅲ)strengthening the construction of soft environment in attracting funds and technology, (Ⅳ)promoting green economy development, (Ⅴ) developing all types of talents.
