摘要
随着中国加入 WTO ,中国政府的行政环境将发生重大变化 ,客观上要求中国政府转变职能 ,这种转变不仅仅包括观念的转变 。
Since China has joined WTO, the administrative environment of Chinese government has happened significant changes. It claims the Chinese government to change the functions. It contains the change of sense and the construction of government mechanism.
