高校教学管理队伍建设初探

随着我国加入 WTO,高等教育改革步伐加大 ,高校教学管理改革也逐渐深化 ,但是目前高校教学管理队伍素质还不能适应高校教学改革的要求 ,本文根据高校教学管理队伍的现状 ,及对高校教学管理队伍人员的基本要求 。

With China's accession to the WTO, the reform of the university education has been quickened and the reform of teaching administration has been deepened gradually. However, the quality of the teaching administration personnel can't yet meet the requirement of reform in university teaching. Based on the current situation of teaching administration in university and on the requirement of the teaching administration personnel, the anther discusses the problems in strengthening the establishment of the teaching administration.
