试论师范生知识结构的建构

On the construction of pro-teacher′s knowledge structure

师范生的知识结构由本体性知识、条件性知识、文化性知识和实践性知识组成。当前,我国师范生知识结构现状令人担忧。建构适合时代发展的师范生知识结构应从以下四方面入手。突出条件性知识建构;注重本体性知识的基础性;调整课程结构,减少必修课,增大选修课的比重;加强理论与实际的联系,注重实践性知识的积累。

<Abstrcat> The knowledge structure of pre-teachers includes subject-matter knowledge,conditional knowledge;cultural knowledge and practical knowledge.Today,the knowledge stucture of Chinese pre-teachers is not satisfactory.So we must do some work to imporve it .First,highligh the conditional knowledge in their knowledge structure; second,amplif the basis of subject-matter knowledge; third, adjust the proportion of optional curiculum and compulsory curriculums; and last, try to put the theories into practice.
