编辑工作是一种创新活动 ,创新作为编辑主体作用和创新精神的重要表征 ,贯穿于编辑工作的全过程 ,主要包括选题创新、理念创新、形式创新、市场创新等。编辑对其在当代社会文化传承建构中的角色意识的创新性应有充分地认识 。
Editing activity is in essence an innovation. An editor's work is a creative one. In publishing activity, we need creation in topic selecting, article selecting, editing, binding, designing, proof reading, printing , marketing, etc. So we must strengthen creation and improve creativity from the angle of editor's role awareness.
