国际私法趋同化是当代国际私法进一步发展的基本走向。中国的国际私法应顺应潮流 ,尽量与国际社会的普遍实践保持一致。同时 ,我们不能忽略中国国际私法应具有中国特色 ,要加快中国国际私法法典化进程 ,使国际私法更好地为我国社会主义经济建设服务。

The unanimous tendency of International Private Law is the basic direction in its further development.The International Private Law in China should follow this trend and make great efforts to keep pace with the universal practice of international society.At the same time,we should also pay much attention to the fact that the Chinese International Private Law should possess its own distinctive features and speed up its process of the code of written law and furthermore,making International Private Law do its great contributions to our national economy construction.
