A Discussion of the Page-Layout of Periodicals

期刊的版面 ,是期刊内容编排布局的整体表现形式 ,是以体现编辑意图而在版面处理上采取的种种方式和手段。期刊版面设计要追求格式与节奏变化的统一 ,整体性和连贯性的统一。版面设计要遵循装饰设计的一般原理 ,科学合理地安排配置各种版面结构要素 ,以形成体现期刊个性的版面布局。同时 ,期刊版面的设计必须突出易读性原则 ,以体现期刊为读者服务的思想。

The layout of periodicals, as a form of expression for the contents of periodical, needs to use various methods to embody editor's ideas in the layout process. It requires a unity of format and variations of tempo through consisting each part as forming an organic whole, and scientic arrangment of various formats under common principles of decoration. Meanwhile, it must emphasize a principle of legibility to demonstrate the idea of serving for readers.
