A Study on Development of Economic & Society about Dulong Nationality

独龙族人口稀少 ,而且居住区与外界极为隔绝。但当地自然资源丰富 ,生物多样。新中国成立 5 0多年来 ,党和政府在当地投入了巨大的人力、物力和财力 ,但对改变当地的贫困面貌收效甚微 ,究其原因在于忽视当地的特殊性 ,移植了内地发展模式和注重短期经济效益。为了保护独龙江流域特有的自然生态与人文要素 ,退耕还林、退耕还草、培育生物资源、适度发展旅游业 。

Dulong peoples population is rare,and their settlements have few contacts with the outside world,but local natural resources are abundant,biological diversity is typical.During more than 50 years since New China was founded,the Party and governments have invested enormous resour ces of human,material and financial.However,the investments have gotten few beneficial results in change of local poverty.The cause is to transplant the model of inner development,lay stress on short\|term economical efficiencies,and neglect the special local character.In order to defense the compound system with human and nature in the valley of Dulong River,we must have rational choices,such as canceling agricultural cultivation,returning forests and grasses,cultivation biological resources and developing tourism in the moderate degree.
