摘要
四夷馆是我国历史上最早为培养翻译人才而设立的专门机构 ,同时负责翻译朝贡国家往来文书 ,鞑靼馆四夷馆中负责翻译蒙古文书 ,兼培养通蒙汉语翻译人员的机构。鞑靼馆蒙古语教学有详载的制度、教师、生徒、教学内容 ,并且代译女真馆文书。满族根据蒙古文创制满文的原因 。
Ethnic House was the earliest special official department established by the state for education of interpreters in the Chinese history.Ethnic House also took charge of the translations of foreign letters.Tartar's House,one department of Ethnic House,took charge of translation of Mongolian letters and education of interpreters with Han and Mongolian languages.According to detail documents,Tartar's House had the system,teachers,students and teaching contents;and Tartar's House also translated letters of Nüchén script in Nüchén House.Manchu nationality originated Manchu written language on the basis of Mongolian written language,which cause was relevant with the historical facts that parts of Nüchén people used Mongolian written language.
