New View:Teaching Reform of Philosophy in the Higher Education for Ethnic Minorities

本项教学改革的难点有四 :(1)理论与实践之关系问题。 (2 )公共行政与公共管理的统一问题。 (3)宽容与尊重的问题。 (4)学术自由与反对极端主义的问题 ,以及内在与外在、异与同的问题。教学改革和基本内容是综合改革和系统实践。具体内容有三 :(1)人才培养模式的改革。 (2 )教学内容改革的新思路。 (3)

There are four difficulties in the teaching reform:(1)The relation of theory and practice;(2)The unity of public administration and public supervise;(3)Tolerance and respect;(4)Academic freedom and combating ultraism,inner and outside,difference and similarities.The basic content of the teaching reform is integration reform and systemic practice.And they are:(1) The reform of cultivating model of intelligence.(2)New thought of teaching content.(3)New suppose of optimizing teaching process.
