摘要
本文研究了可待因与 7,7,8,8-四氰基对二次甲基苯醌 (TCNQ)的荷移反应 ,对反应条件进行了优化 .在丙酮介质中 ,二者在室温 (30℃ )中 30min即可形成 1:1荷移络合物 .分别在74 3和 84 0nm处有较强光吸收 .可待因浓度在 0 .6~ 7(g·mL-1范围内符合比尔定律 ,其表观摩尔吸光系数在 2 .3× 10 4~ 5 .1× 10 4;方法的相对标准偏差为 1.8%~ 2 .4 % (n =9) .
The charge transfer (CT) reaction between 7,7,8,8 tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ) as a electron acceptor and codeine phosphate as electron donors have been studied by spectrophotometric method.A new simple,rapid,accurate and sensitive determination method for these drugs has been developed according to the formation of the stable blue CT complexes between TCNQ and these drugs.The optimum experimental conditions is given here.Beers law is obeyed in the ranges 0.6-7g/mL for codeine phosphate respectively.The apparent molar absorptivity of the CT complexes at 742 nm is 2.3×104 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .The apparent molar absorptivity of the CT complexes at 840 nm is 4.2×104 respectively.The relative standard deviations are less than2.1%(n=9).The proposed method has been applied to the determination of these drugs in their each pharmaceutical dosage with satisfactory results.
