本文介绍了任意形状视频编码的概念和技术 .形状编码主要由形状和位置编码、纹理编码组成 .形状和位置的无损编码方法有链码编码和基于链码的各种改进方法 ,有损编码方法有多边形近似替代法 ;
The peper introduces arbitrary shaped video coding technology.Arbitrary shaped coding compose of contour coding and texture coding.Chain coding and its evolutional method are lossless contour coding.Polygon approach contour encoding is loss coding.Low pass extrapolation technique and shape adaptive DCT transform are the important texture coding.
