开创中国新历史的指路之作——论邓小平“南方谈话”的哲学蕴涵

A Guiding Star for Ushering in a New Age in Chinese History——On the Philosophic Implication of Deng Xiaoping's "South Talk

邓小平在“南方谈话”中高度信任历史的创造者——人 ,热切期望人们进一步行动起来去创造历史 ;认为对于我国这场没有先例的实践创造活动 ,最重要的是要按照我们对社会历史基本规律和人民群众利益需求的了解 ,制定价值准则 ,把握待创造的制度体系的功能性规定 ;具体而历史地肯定和颂扬了人民群众作为历史创造者的作用 ;在谈经济发展时首先是谈主体需要 ,并且是同主体需要结合起来考虑客观可能性 ;他的“计划多一点 ,还是市场多一点 ,不是社会主义与资本主义的本质区别”的判断蕴涵着哲学中存在“中性”范畴的原理。他在谈话中所表现出的乐观主义 ,是对人类历史的绝对规律的确信 ,也是对中国社会主义事业相对规律的乐观期待。

Deng Xiaoping highly trusted the creator of history——humanbeings in 'South Talk'and ardently expected people to take more action to create the history;in his viewpoint,to this creative practice with no precedent,the most important thing is to set the value criterion according to our understanding about the basic law of social history and the demand of people's interest;he confirmed and extolled particularly and historically the mass's value as the creator of history;when talking about the development of economy,the demand of main body should be refered to at first,besides,it should be combined together with the demand to consider the objective possibility.The optimism he showed in the talk is a kind of trust on absolute law of humanbeing's history,and also is a kind of optimistic prospect on the relative law of Chinese Socialist undertakings.
