摘要
报道了半导体激光器泵浦的掺铒单模玻璃光纤放大器。放大器的增益为5.6dB,放大波长为1.55μm。讨论了提高增益的途径。
The experimental setup and results and the parameter of the components are reportedon the Er-doped single mode fibre amplifier pumped by laser diode.Using a high power singlemode 800 nm GaAlAs laser diode as the pumping source,the gain around 1.55 um of the ampli-fier is 5.6 dB.The methods of enhancing the gain coefficient are discussed.
