中国旅游业实行政府主导型发展战略。舟山市政府在桃花岛旅游开发中运用这一战略取得了显著成效。
China is applying a policy of the government leading-role strategy to develop its toruism.Zhoushan Municipal Govenment has made markedly achievements in applying this strategy to develop its tourism on Taohua Island.
