Education Creativity and Originality Education——A Ponderation over Optimizing the Existing Quality of Teachers Colleges and Universities

随着素质教育的深入实施和办学体制的转换,高等师范教育面临着提高层次和质量的严峻挑战。对此,必须通过教育创新,实施创新教育,培养复合型人才,提高学校的生存质量,以适应新的高等教育发展竞争。而创新的基本环节,则是在学科、师资、环境等方面提供有利于培育创新精神的条件。要通过创新、实现观念的更新和体制的转换,最终实现人的全面发展。

With the penetration of the implementation of quality-oriented education and the transfer of the school-running system,teachers colleges and universities are facing the sharp challenge to raise their levels and educational quality.To cope with it,we must train interdisciplinary talents and improve the existing quality of schools by means of education creativity and originality education in order to meet the competition of developing higher education.The basic links of both creativity and originality are the conditions conducive to breed creativity and originality provided in disciplines,teachers and environment and so on.Through creativity,we can update our conception and change our system so that an over-all development of a person can be realized.
