摘要
该文以浙江 34家国有控股上市公司为调查样本 ,分别从股权结构、组织结构与机制结构三个方面考察了法人治理结构的状况 。
By sampling 34 state-owned holding companies coming into the market, the situation of the corporate management structure was investigated in relation to the shareholder`s structure, the organizational structure and the mechanism structure, the relativity between different corporate management structures and the company efficiency was analyzed.
