实行工程监理制度,对提高工程质量、管理水平以及投资控制具有重要的作用。为此,针对目前存在的问题,应完善监理制度,加大监理执法和监督力度,并提高监理人员的素质。
It is very important function to raise engineering quality,level of management and control investment ,as we carry out supervision and management of engineering system.In accordance with updatedproblem,it should be perfected supervision and management system and raise capability of supervisors.Also we would be better to enforce the law and deeply supervision.
