摘要
本文以系统辩识和流变学为理论,用微计算机和自制的流变剪切装置,研究了铝合金准固态的流变学建模问题,并以 Al-5.14%Cu 合金为例,说明了建立流变模型、本构方程和估计流变模型参数的过程。
On the basis of the rheologic theory and system identificationthe problem on setting up rheologic models of aluminum alloys in quasi-solidis investigated.The microcomputer and rheologic shear apparatus were applied.The processes of setting up the rheologic model and constitutive equationsand estimating the model parameters are shown for Al-5.14% Cu alloy.
