从炼油厂污水中分离到一株能分解苯酚、耐高温的细菌。细胞杆状 ,周身鞭毛、有芽孢 ,兼性厌氧 ,在普通培养基上生长良好 ,培养温度在 4 0～ 5
A germ which can decompose phynol and resist high temperature is isolated from the sewage pool of a petroleum refinery. The germ has bar shape and spore and is faculative an aerobic, it grows well in the normal agricultural medium and its ability to decompose phynol is the best when cultured at 40～50℃.
