针对目前常用的几个路况服务性能评价指标的特点及其相互之间的关系 。
Focus on the characteristics of some normal road service performance evaluation indicators and the relations among them, the paper illustrates the mathematical calculation on vehicle bound and the assessment on function of road condition.
