高校共青团工作社区化运行方式的探析

该文通过对高校共青团工作社区化运作的背景和要求、具体运行方式、特点、工作原则等六个方面的分析 ,阐述大学生生活社区既具有建团的“天然条件”,也具有建团的现实要求。团组织应该将工作延伸到学生社区 ,开展团学活动 ,实现团组织的有效覆盖 ,更好地为学生的成长成才提供切实有效的服务 。

This paper expounds the 'natural condition' and the factual demand of college students' life community from the following six aspects such as background, requirement, specific operating method, feature, working policy and so on. The Youth League organization should expand its work to the student community, develop activities to achieve the Youth League's effective coverage and provide more effective service for students' growth and finally innovate its original operating mechanism.
