委托经营是航运企业管理下属经营公司所普遍采用的一种方法 ,如何合理确定委托人与代理人之间的上交利润基数 ,是航运管理学中最敏感而又棘手的问题之一。通过对美国锐步国际公司 (ReebokInternational)在经营活动中采用不对称信息博弈的“激励模型”所存在弊端的分析 ,提出运用联合确定基数法的对策论模型则可有效地解决这一问题。实践证明 。

Entrust operation is a method adopted popularly by many shipping companies in their managing subsidiary companies. How to determine handed in profit base quota between consignors and agents is the most sensitive and critical issue in shipping management. Based on the analysis of the existing malpractice of the 'Stimulating Mode” of asymmetrical information by Reebok International, the combined defining base quota method is presented in the paper, which is supposed to solve effectively the problem in question. It is proved by practice that a win win optimum stimulating effect can be achieved by this approach.
